The Three Pillars of Connexus Academy
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Industry-specific, measurable abilities that can be taught and tested.
- Soft Skills: Essential interpersonal abilities, including communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, leadership, crisis management, and media handling.
- University Partnerships: Collaborative programs, guest lectures, joint research, and internship opportunities — creating win–win outcomes for both academia and industry.

We are deeply honored and proud to have Mr. Le Van Khoi serve as the Senior Advisor for Connexus Academy.
- Mr. Khoi Le is a Fulbright scholar from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where he earned a Master’s in Public Administration, and later served on the Vietnam Fulbright Selection Committee.
- Mr. Le has worked with over 30 universities across Indochina and 50 organizations worldwide, including UNESCO, Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline, Biz Tequila, the Vietnam Education Fund, and Vietnam’s Ministries of Education and Finance.
- In these roles, he led public, media, and government relations, risk management, and corporate social responsibility. He was Vice Provost of Tan Tao University and Chief Representative of Arizona State University in Vietnam, overseeing all activities, training programs, and the USAID- and Intel-funded HEEAP initiative
- Mr. Le has been recognized with the Award for Great Contribution to Education Service by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Award for Great Contribution to the Youth by the Youth Union.
What’s Next?
This is only the beginning. In the coming weeks, Connexus Academy will roll out a series of in-house training programs designed to enhance both technical and soft skills across all teams. Our goal is to empower every Connexus member to excel in their current role and grow into the leaders and innovators of tomorrow.
